Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information halfonadouble.com (the “Site”) collects about visitors and how it is used. The Site has no user accounts, no login, no comment system and no contact forms, so the information involved is limited to what your browser sends when it loads a page.
What is collected
Usage data. When you visit, the Site’s hosting and analytics providers record standard technical information: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the referring page, and the date and time of each request. This is used to understand which pages are read, to keep the Site running, and to detect abuse.
Chart data requests. The interactive chart fetches per-ticker data files from data.halfonadouble.com. Those requests are logged by the content delivery network and storage provider in the same way as page views.
The Site does not collect names, email addresses or payment details.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts the Site and its data files, provides the content delivery network, and runs privacy-focused web analytics that do not use cookies or track visitors across sites. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 is used to measure traffic. Google sets cookies to distinguish visitors and may process data in the United States. How Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Cookies
The Site itself sets only a preference cookie for light or dark mode. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) to count visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site works without them.
Advertising
The Site does not currently display advertising. If advertising is added, this policy will be updated before it goes live to name the advertising partners, describe the cookies and identifiers they use, and explain how to opt out of personalised ads.
Your choices and rights
You can prevent analytics collection with a browser extension such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or a content blocker. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Because the Site does not identify visitors, such requests can normally be met only by the analytics providers themselves, but you are welcome to ask through the contact page.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party websites whose privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before providing them with any information.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
