Half on a Double is a small, independent site, and email is the only channel. Write to [email protected] and put the subject of your message in the subject line so it lands in the right place. Replies usually take a few days.

What to write about

• Data problems. A ticker that will not load, a level that looks wrong, a gap in the history, or a symbol that is missing. Include the ticker and the date, and a screenshot if you have one.
• Corrections. Anything on the methodology page or in a post that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Using the data. Requests to reuse the published levels beyond the personal, non-commercial use the terms already allow, including in a product, a publication or a research project.
• Press and general questions. Anything else about the site.

What the site cannot help with

Half on a Double does not give investment advice and cannot comment on whether you should buy, sell or hold anything, or on a position you already have. See the disclaimer. Messages asking for trade recommendations will not get a reply.

Privacy

Emailing the site shares your address and whatever you write. It is used only to reply to you and is not added to any list. The privacy policy covers everything else.
