These terms govern your use of halfonadouble.com (the "Site"). By using the

## What the Site is

The Site publishes price levels and statistics derived from options open
interest, an interactive chart, and written commentary. All of it is
informational and educational. It is not investment advice, and the
[disclaimer](/disclaimer) forms part of these terms.

## Using the published data

You may view and use the levels published on the Site for your own personal,
non-commercial research, and you may quote or reproduce small excerpts with
a link back to the page they came from. You may not republish the data in
bulk, resell it, or present it as your own. If you want to use it in a
product, a publication or a commercial service, ask first through the
[contact page](/contact).

The underlying contract-level options data is licensed from a third party
and is not available through the Site.

## Content and copyright

The text, charts, design and code of the Site are the property of Half on a
Double unless otherwise stated. Trademarks and ticker symbols belong to
their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

## No warranty

The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available"
without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of
accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. The Site may be unavailable, and data may be late,
missing or wrong.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Half on a Double will not
be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special
loss or damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or
anything published on it, including trading losses.

## Third-party sites

The Site links to third-party websites. Those sites have their own terms
and privacy policies, and Half on a Double is not responsible for their
content.

## Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain
unauthorised access to any part of it, or place an unreasonable load on the
data endpoints. Automated access for personal research is fine if it is
polite; scraping the Site to republish its data is not.
